Apparently these big yellow Cs have been popping up around NYC to spread "awareness about a disease affecting nearly 150,000 New Yorkers." BUT, as the website tells you, you need to stay tuned to find out what the disease is. All will be revealed Sept. 20! Is it cancer? Cholesterol?
